The infinity pool had stunning views every morning.
During my stay, I was appalled by the lack of cleaning services. I called about the spilled water in my room, and instead of sending someone right away, they only took pictures and did nothing. I was left feeling neglected and frustrated, especially since no one showed up to resolve the issue the next day, making my experience unbearable.

I had a fantastic time chilling in my Studio Ocean View, enjoying the peaceful vibe and some quality time at the infinity pool while soaking up the sun. The spa area was amazing with a variety of relaxing treatments available, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty here, but that didn't ruin my overall great experience! 🌞

my stay was far from satisfying, I didn’t see anyone to clean for two days, and even when I complained about the water all over the place, they just took pictures. absolutely ridiculous! plus, I expected a welcome gesture for these inconveniences, but I was treated like just another guest. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Hidden gem with a twist
The stunning ocean views from the infinity pool were breathtaking. Each sunrise felt magical, and the kids enjoyed their adventures in the water park—truly a paradise for families.
However, the kitchen supplies were lacking—barely enough plates and utensils for a family meal, and we had to navigate a few maintenance issues during our stay.

The location provides a peaceful retreat, with stunning ocean views and a tranquil atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The breakfast offerings were delightful, particularly the muffins, and the staff were polite and attentive during my stay. However, the lack of consistent cleaning services and spotty Wi-Fi detracted from the experience, making it feel a bit neglected at times. Overall, while it has great potential, some improvements are definitely needed.
